Bromley Borough
Level 2 Nursery Assistant £23,000
Level 3 Nursery Practitioner £24,000 to £25,000+
Level 3+ Room Leader £26,000-£27,000
Bretsa are excited to be working with the hidden gem of Bromley, this Nursery is key worker ratio staffed but as always continues to overstaff due to maternity leave of their staff and ensuring regular breaks/flexible schedules for all their staff.
With the choice for Nursery Nurse's to work 4 or 5 days, shorter days with set shifts such as 10am to 6pm, or even the possibility to work full time hours but with term time holidays. It is the treatment of staff and flexibility that makes this nursery one of the best places to work in the Bromley Borough.
Considerations will be made for a full time member of staff if unqualified but they are ideally looking for a level 2/3 practitioner or above.
