Bretsa Early Years are working closely with a large Nursery Chain to help them recruit for a Senior Room Manager in their East London Branch.
This is a full time position with great possibility for advancement.
The ideal Senior Room Manager will have the following features and qualifications:
* Qualified to a minimum level of 3 in Childcare or equivalent
* A minimum of 2-3 years experience being a Room Leader in a professional nursery setting
* Co-ordinate and carry out the planning and prioritising of the activities and progress in the room in order to create and develop a stimulating environment.
* Deliver a high level of quality childcare for the nursery whilst maintaining a professional and positive outcome for both children and staff.
* Demonstrate a commitment to continued professional development for themselves and others.
* Reflect on working practices within their room to improve the quality of childcare provided.
* Co-ordinate and lead room meetings in the setting.
* Communicate with the Manager/ Assistant Manager regarding the activities and progress within the rooms and the nursery.
