Bretsa Early years Recruitment is looking for an ambitious and driven trainee consultant to join our team in what is a record breaking year.
We have vacancies on both temporary and permanent desks which are very warm with strong client demand - the battle is finding candidates.
The company delivers exceptional temporary and permanent staff across the UK.
The successful candidates will be responsible for working on the temporary desk posting and placing jobs and managing their own location and clients.
The role:
• Posting adverts
• Sourcing candidates
• Vetting and screening candidates
• Interviewing (face to face)
• Managing candidates throughout the whole process
• Compliance checks (ensuring candidates have all their documents)
• Servicing existing clients
• Growing the business with new clients
•
This is full time position based on 45 hours a week (Monday-Friday)
Salary from £16,500 to £18,000 per year plus great Benefits:
Full training
Excellent basic and uncapped commission
Bonus scheme
We are looking for candidates who are articulate, well-spoken and must have an excellent eye for detail.
Ideally you will have recruitment or an early years background, however to be considered it is ESSENTIAL that you have commitment and passion to work within the industry.
