Bretsa Early Years Recruitment is a leading supplier of permanent and temporary nursery candidates to nurseries and schools right across London and the South East.
We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant on our established South East London desk supplying great permanent nursery staff to our established clients.
Are you focused and driven? Enjoy making things happen and good at persuading others? Have you got experience in either recruitment, sales, nursery or schools?
We're keen to speak to experienced successful recruitment consultants, resourcers looking for their next step, or nursery managers looking for a career change.
Ideally it's yes to all those but that's not essential - your desire to learn quickly, hit targets and make an immediate difference every day is the key thing - if you think of yourself as pro-active and tenacious then this could be ideal for you.
During your probation you'll be given training on process, sales, nursery expectations and legislation so that you can hit the ground running and make sure your clients find excellent, safe candidates to run their nurseries.
You'll have simple weekly activity target and monthly billing targets, along with a monthly bonus scheme that pays out when you're successful - you can make a difference to our clients and your own pay packet every day.
