Bretsa Early Years is always recruiting for experienced and qualified nursery staff in London and Kent. We are eager to speak to Level 2 qualified Nursery Assistants who would be interested in working in different early years settings in and around Thamesmead on a temporary basis.
As a temporary nursery assistant you will join the existing team within the nursery you are assigned to assist in planning and initiating in activities with the children, safeguarding and child protection and other general responsibilities within the nursery.
Bretsa pays Level 2 Nursery Assistants £8.25 per hour, temporary staff are paid weekly upon submission of a signed timesheet. You will also be able to claim holiday pay and enrol onto a pension scheme.
Temporary workers benefit from flexible working weeks. On our website we have a login section for our workers so you can update your availability for the days and hours that you can work (AM,PM,FD) and block out the days you are not available. This can be updated up to 8 weeks in to the future.
All applicants for this position will be interviewed in person, must hold a full and relevant childcare qualification at a minimum of Level 2 and be able to present us with the original certificate. In addition to this you must provide details of the past five years of your career history and be able to provide two satisfactory references covering a minimum of the past two years. All candidates must have an up to date Enhanced DBS Certificate on the update service or be willing to undergo a new check with Bretsa.
