Comprehensive nursery Selection Process

Dealing with nurseries every day we know how to thoroughly check our nursery candidates. We meet all our temporary staff face to face and carry out a knowledge based interview. Documents and certificates are verified, and of course then we take up references and enhanced CRB check.

Guaranteed nursery recruitment

We're confident in each nursery candidate we send out so we guarantee them when they are at your setting- yes really!
We can't work on-site with our staff so ultimately rely on your feedback and value your opinion. If you're not satisfied then we simply won't charge you.

Setting and maintaining standards

We're active and vocal members of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) Childcare sector so you can be sure we're up to date with the latest best practice and standards.

Carbon neutral

We believe passionately in responsible business practices - in both childcare recruitment and minimising our impact on the environment. Here are some of the key ways we're treading lightly:
Since setting up in 2005 Bretsa has only used recycled paper for all our stationery and promotional items (even using pens made from recycled plastic).
In 2008, with the help of ClimateCare, we analysed every aspect of our business operations, including travel by our temporary workers to you, and purchased carbon offset credits. We are proud to be carbon neutral.
In 2011 we went even further and now all our office printer paper is recycled nonbleached (which is why it's not quite white).
