Bretsa Early years Recruitment is looking for an ambitious and driven consultant to join their already dynamic team.
Due to rapid expansion we are looking to recruit a Trainee recruitment consultant to join our hard working and dedicated staff on the North London Permanent staff desk.
The company delivers exceptional temporary and permanent staff across the UK.
The successful candidates will be responsible for working on the Permanent desk posting and placing jobs and managing their own location and clients.
The role:
- Posting adverts
- Sourcing candidates
- Vetting and screening candidates
- Managing candidates throughout the whole process
- Compliance checks (ensuring candidates have all their documents)
- Servicing existing clients
- Growing the business with new clients
This is full time position based on 40 hours a week (Monday-Friday)
- Full training
- Excellent basic and uncapped commission
- Bonus scheme
We are looking for candidates who are articulate, well-spoken and must have an excellent eye for detail.
Ideally you will have recruitment or an early years background, however to be considered it is ESSENTIAL that you have commitment and passion to work within the industry.
If you are hardworking, dedicated and results driven, plus have a good sense of humour and are hungry to learn - we want to hear from you.
