Bresta Early Years are in search of a experienced Room Based Deputy Nursery Manager for a NEW settings based in Mitcham to join their bubbly team.
You will be managing 1-2 staff members with 12 children in the Preschool room.
As a Room Based Deputy Nursery Manager, you would need proven experience with reports and learning journals as well as forming relationships with parents regarding their children's development and ideas to help all children achieve their current milestones.
This is a full time position based on 51 weeks a year.
You will need the following qualifications and experience:
*Qualified to NNEB/NVQ level 3/CACHE Level 3/BTEC National in Childcare or equivalent
*Previous management experience in a Nursery settings.
*Excellent written and verbal communication with parents and staff.
*Understanding the needs of children aged 2-5 years old
*Have working experience and knowledge of the EYFS curriculum.
The successful candidate will be willing to undergo a check with DBS (formerly CRB)
