Bretsa Early Years are working closely with a large childcare chain group helping to recruit a committed and passionate Nursery Room Leader to join their team in Camden.
The successful Nursery Room Leader You will be responsible for managing 1-2 staff members in your room as well as establishing relationships with parents and updating them on their children's progression from activities from the EYFS guidelines.
You will be working in the toddlers room but experience with all age groups would be desirable.
This is a full-time position based on 40 hours a week (Mon-Fri)
The successful applicant will have the following skills & attributes:
* Minimum of a Level 3 qualification in CCLD/NNEB/NVQ or equivalent childcare qualification
* Experience managing a small group of staff is essential
* Previous experience in a Nursery Room Leader's role is a must
* Sound knowledge of the EYFS is essential
