Bretsa Early Years have been given the opportunity to help recruit a rare opportunity for a highly experienced Operations / Regional Manager.
The candidate will need to be highly self-motivated, dynamic, enthusiastic, and inspiring individual who can oversee, lead, manage and support a lovely team of currently 9 Nursery Managers across London and Surrey.
The ideal Regional manager will need to be self-disciplined and committed, with a high level of attention to detail as a core strength.
Previous experience of managing a large nursery (70+ places) would be essential as well as having the ability to react quickly to issues and to deal with them confidently, effectively and calmly
Previous experience as a Regional Manager or Operations Manager looking after a group or division of at least 6 nurseries is a MUST for this exciting position.
You will need the following qualifications and experience:
*Good knowledge of financial analysis of P/L and KPIs
*Strong sales skills and detailed knowledge of nursery management software systems
*To be highly organised with excellent time management capability
*Very strong administrative skills and ability to adhere to deadlines and ensure that all sites do too
*Excellent communication and customer service skills
*Previous HR experience is a Must!!
- Must be able to drive
