The role is busy and diverse and you'll be working as part of a 6 strong team. A typical week is 40 hours per week in a shift system (7am-4pm or 9am-6pm) and will involve:
+ building relationships and looking after client nurseries and schools with their day to day and on-going requests by speaking and visiting them regularly;
+ advertising for, interviewing and background checking great new nursery staff;
+ actively winning new clients by telephone and face to face sales meetings.
Successful candidates should be enthusiastic, tenacious, confident and clear speakers. You should also be able to manage your own time and work independently to targets.
You'll get support and on-going training on our systems, our processes and our approach to recruitment and client development.
In addition to your basic pay, uncapped bonus scheme based on your billing, a monthly bonus scheme for achieving activity targets, a contributory pension scheme, plus regular team incentives.
We're also keen to fund and give you paid time to do your NVQ 2 in Recruitment.
