Bretsa Early Years are working closely with a large Nursery Chain to recruit a nursery manager for their North London Branch.
This is a full time position paying a fantastic salary!
The ideal candidate with have the following skills and experience
* Minimum of five years experience as a Nursery Manager
* Excellent staff management skills.
* An excellent understanding of child development and EYFS.
* Being qualified at NNEB/NVQ level 3 or equivalent in childcare.
* Having significant previous experience of working as a Nursery Manager for at least a 70 place setting.
* Strong administrative and organisational skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills and initiative to resolve issues quickly and calmly.
The duties of this role will include:
The daily operation and administration of the setting.
Leading the Team in providing high quality childcare.
Communicating with parents and other visitors with confidence.
Management of the Nursery staff, conducting regular staff assessments, promoting teamwork, and individual development.
Liaising with Head Office and supplying management information.
Operation of management software.
