Bretsa Early Years are working with a small group of nurseries with big plans for expansion based in East London helping to recruit an experienced Deputy Manager for their Ilford branch.
This is a full-Time position 40 hours p/w - Monday to Friday.
The ideal Deputy Nursery Manager will have the following skills and attributes:
* Childcare cache level 3/NNEB/BTEC Level 3 or equivalent childcare qualification
* Post-qualification and deputy management experience is essential
* Experience in safeguarding and willingness to expand knowledge in this area
* First Aid and Food Hygiene certificate preferable
* SEN experience is desirable
* Knowledge and understanding of Equal Opportunities
* A clear and thorough understanding of the EYFS and Ofsted requirements
* Have a clear passion for the industry and have a willingness to want to expand the setting
