Bretsa Early Years are working closely with a nursery who are currently looking for experienced Deputy Nursery Manager to join their team in Camberley
Salary from £20,000 to £25,000 per year depending on qualifications and experience.
This is full time position based on 40 hours per week worked over 5 days or 40 hours per week worked over 4 days
The duties of a Deputy Manager will include:
Supporting the aims and objectives of the Setting and assist the manager in the organisation of a high quality establishment for children from birth to 5 years
Providing high standards of childcare and education - to include the monitoring and reviews of Setting, this includes providing a safe, caring environment to enable the emotional,Social and educational development of children
Promoting the high standards of the Setting at all times to parents/carers, staff and visitors
Assisting the manager in showing parents/carers around the Setting facilities and sending out information
The Candidate must have:
Able to demonstrate excellent staff management skills.
Show excellent understanding of child development and EYFS.
Being qualified at NNEB/NVQ level 3 or equivalent in childcare.
Have previous experience of working as a Deputy Manager.
Strong administrative and organisational capability.
Strong interpersonal skills and initiative to resolve issues quickly and calmly.
This position requires the individual to be willing to undergo a check with the disclosure and baring service (DBS) (formerly CRB)
