Bretsa Early Years are in search for an experienced Deputy Nursery Manager to help open a Brand New Nursery in Stoke Newington/Hackney. Deputy Nursery Manager- Stoke Newington/Hackney
Salary from £24,000 to £26,000 depending on qualifications and experience
The Candidate must have the following skills:
• NNEB, CACHE NVQ level 3, or equivalent & Early Years or Child Care degree
• Experience working as a Deputy Nursery Manager
• Have a ‘can-do’ enthusiastic attitude
• Knowledge of OFSTED standards and experience of inspections
• Strong people management skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
• Able to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Able to support the Manager and Director
• Proactive and innovative approach to challenges and ideas
• Show excellent understanding of child development and EYFS and oversee all planning and implementation towards it
• Promote the high standards of the Setting at all times to parents/carers, staff and visitors
• Strong interpersonal skills and initiative to resolve issues quickly and calmly all whilst working within large settings
• A genuine passion for childcare and desire to make the setting the absolute best it can be
