Our clients around south east London are established nurseries looking for experienced cook to cover holiday and sickness. In order to be considered for these cover positions, you must have
-a minimum of 6 months experience cooking in a childcare setting.
-sound knowledge of allergies, preparing menus and cooking small portions from fresh.
-hold a current Food Hygiene Certificate
-have an enhanced CRB Disclosure - a new one will be carried out.
